Ordering By Mail: If you are more comfortable mailing in your order you can download our order form. Please keep in mind, our order processing time begins after we receive your completed order form and payment, not from the day you mail it. You can mail your completed order form with your payment to the address below. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check has cleared. This may take up to 2 weeks.

Payment: We accept money orders, or credit card payments through Paypal. No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed. With Paypal, your order will not ship until the E-check clears. E-checks can take up to 5 business days to clear.
Order Status: To check on the status of your order, you can email us by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, order info, email address, and telephone number.
Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel or change your order you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email or phone with your order number and information within that timeframe. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.
Shipping: We ship via USPS Mail with a confirmation number attached. You will always receive an email with your confirmation number so that you can check up on the status of your package. Your item(s) will be shipped 3-4 days after the order was placed due to clearance from Paypal. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package(s). ~Totebag Orders- Because each tote bag is made at the time of your order with much care and detail, it is important you take this into consideration with the processing time. On average it takes the artist 3-4 days to complete the item and 1 day to have it dry completely and touch up any minor details. Please allow for 2 weeks after your order was processed to reach you.
~T-shirt Orders- Because each t-shirt is made at the time of your order with much care and detail, it is important you take this into consideration with the processing time. On average it takes the artist 2-3 days to complete the item and 1 day to have it dry completely and touch up any minor details. Please allow for 1-2 weeks after your order was processed to reach you.
~ Repairs- If for any reason your jewelry item breaks or becomes damaged due to unforseen circumstances, we will repair it as best as we can FREE. You must however email the designer explaining the reason. We take pride in each item we create so it's our obligation to fix minor errors.
~ Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify us and the shipping carrier. We are not liable for damages that occur in transit due to the handling of the shipping carrier or for uninsured shipments. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.

Now you the customer has options! We have extended our line so that they will accomodate you with larger chockers and clip-on earrings. Simply scroll down and choose the option you would like to be featured for your set and the changes will be made. Please make note there maybe an extension in how soon your product reaches you. Any changes outside of what is featured will be added to your total bill.
